In early 2023, I launched Podium's first AI-powered feature to generate personalized review responses.

Dropbox Business offers free trials to help teams evaluate the product against their needs. However, the sign-up funnel had high friction, leading to low trial sign-up rates despite strong site traffic.

I streamlined the experience by introducing Google Single Sign-On to reduce friction and simplify the trial sign-up process.

oYouCaring was a free fundraising platform where donors could voluntarily tip to support operations. However, the tipping process was hidden and unintuitive, leading to low engagement and user mistrust.

Through experimentation, I redesigned the tip selection to be transparent and user-friendly.
